Ambassador visit- The Coop Restaurant
rhc-update-person 0 comments Uncategorized

River Heights Chamber Ambassadors, Cody Semo of Neighbors, Inc. and Deb Short of Town Square TV, visited The Coop Restaurant on May 6th.
The Coop Restaurant, a South St. Paul staple for 56 years, is likely the oldest restaurant in town. The Coop is deeply rooted in the local community and has been owned and operated by Karen Hansen and her husband Bob since 2007. Known for its presence and the active involvement of the Hansen family, including their son Joel, the restaurant serves as more than just a dining spot. Famously known for their fried chicken, it offers something for everyone. I highly recommend the Coney Dog!
